Transmissions presents Panic Room

This week at Transmissions we are proud to present you with a deep cut from the legendary David Fincher as the penultimate screening of our January season.

Intergenerational lesbian classic Panic Room (2002) sees Jodie Foster and Kristen Stewart desperately trying to avoid interacting with Jared Leto in cornrows in this slick, relentless home-invasion thriller that showcases Fincher’s textbook precision and ambitious visual effects.

If you joined us for his masterpiece The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo (2011) before Christmas, this early work from auteur cinema’s resident bad boy will be another helping of the goods.

As always, Transmissions is a space designed to be a home to the trans community, and we’ll here to welcome you every Monday. So come grab a drink at the bar, meet some regulars (maybe even become one?) and see why Transmissions is packed week after week.

“Get out of my house!”

Subtitles will be displayed throughout.

Seating is a mixture of benches, backed chairs, bar stools, and floor space, and is first come first served.

Free tickets and donor options available via OutSavvy
