To begin our month of fairy tales, we are proud to present a screening of David Lowery‘s The Green Knight (2020), an immaculate retelling of the Arthurian legend that stars Dev Patel as Sir Gawain, a young knight who finds himself tested when otherworldly powers force him to depart the safety of the round table on a quest through wild and mysterious lands.
Other cast members include Alicia Vikander (Ex Machina), Barry Keoghan (The Killing of A Sacred Deer, The Banshees of Inisherin), Ralph Ineson (The Witch), Sean Harris (Prometheus, Mission: Impossible series), and Kate Dickie (Red Road, The Witch).

So put on your armour, and venture downstairs at Dalston Superstore where you’ll find us cosied up by candlelight as our first story begins.

Subtitles will be displayed throughout.

Seating is a mixture of backed chairs, benches, bar stools, and floor space, and is first come first served.
