BOUDICA: LGBTQIA+ DJ WORKSHOP ft. I. JORDAN

London, we are hosting free DJ workshops for the FLINTA+ and LGBTQIA+ communities in partnership with @alphatheta_emea’s Start From Scratch series. Both workshops will take place at the iconic @dsuperstore !

Dalston Superstore is East London’s queer nightlife institution. The club, café, gallery and community space has proudly catered to London’s diverse LGBTQ+ community for nearly 18 years. The venue first slid open its rainbow shutters in 2009 and continues to grow into a more complex and exciting beast every year. Having hosted artists like Honey Dijon, The Blessed Madonna, and countless local talents and parties over the years, we are so excited to team up with this seminal venue to host our next 2 free DJ workshops:

26th October, 7-9 PM: FLINTA+ DJ Workshop with Samantha Togni:
@samantha.togni is an internationally renowned DJ, producer, promoter, Beatport Ambassador, and founder of Boudica: an event series, record label, and annual music conference. Born in Italy and based in London, Samantha has spent over a decade honing her craft, evolving into one of electronic music’s most distinctive voices. Through the Boudica label, global club night, music conference, and DJ workshops in partnership with AlphaTheta, Samantha supports talent from marginalised communities and gender minorities.

30th November, 7-9 PM: LGBTQIA+ DJ Workshop with I. JORDAN:
@i.jordan is a pivotal influence in UK dance music culture. The Doncaster-born, London-based DJ and producer has blazed trails with rave-infused house and techno steeped in Northern culture. They see art and activism as inextricable, promoting queer empowerment and supporting marginalised communities through workshops, productions and shows.
