Get ready to turn up the heat back on Friday 16th of August! – ‘Twerk Temple’ takes over the beloved DSuperstore. Back again with our steamy bi-monthly Afro Perreo ritual, we’re bringing a sexy twist to the scene, blending booty-shaking beats with explosions of colour, sound and expression of Latinx & Afro-Caribbean culture. We advocate for cultural representation, appreciation and empowerment through music, baile and diasporic togetherness. This is a cute judgement-free safe space for all queens and QPOC babes to fully express themselves on the dancefloor. Expect our usual wide range Popolas DJs, gogos and MCs bringing the fierce femme energy throughout the night. (Big love to Superstore’s welfare team who’ll be looking out for everyone’s safety and comfort all night).

Dalston Superstore is a queer space. We prioritise our LGBTQIA+ customers and will sometimes ask our straight & cis allies to support us by not taking up room in our venue.
