Pumping Velvet

Spring is coming! Time to shake off the last of those winter blues with a horny and naughty night of dancing to celebrate the arrival of the most fecund time of year. And what better way to do that than by pumping some velvet?

Assuming the role of high priestess of our ecstatic fertility rights is none other than Chicago legend and queer dancefloor icon Ariel Zetina! Ariel is one of our most treasured DJs and is always guaranteed to slay the dancefloor. We literally cannot contain our excitement that she’ll be bringing her selection of sleazy house, belizean punt and queer techno slammers to Dalston’s naughtiest basement. Her closing set at last year’s Honcho campout is all the proof you need that this will be missable.

Getting the party started with a cute babe 2 babe set will be our homegrown resident heroes Sofie K and Nick Kagame with their first ever b2b set, likely to range from sleazy chug to UKG bops and all the good stuff in between.

Upstairs is a flaming Portuguese love affair as we welcome back perennial fave and Lisbon Legend Mario Valente alongside his compatriot PLUM for an audacious mix of pop, disco, house and lesbian riot grrrl, but not before head honcho Sam PV opens proceedings with some slinky numbers.
