Happy Endings

On 24th March we will be hosting a fundraiser for victims of the war in Ukraine. We will be donating all of the proceeds from the door towards charities providing humanitarian aid, safety and shelter for those fleeing the war.
The growing crisis places additional challenges on those in marginalized communities, who are facing additional layers of danger as they try to cross the chaotic conditions on the border. We want to split the proceeds between charities helping Black refugees and members of the LGBTQI+ community trying to flee Ukraine.

We will be sending funding to grassroots campaigners Black Women for Black Lives (BW4BL) who are collecting donations to provide immediate relief to black students and workers trying to cross the border and We Are All Out are providing emergency support to help LGBT+ people, they are coordinating organisations across Poland, Romania, Slovakia and Moldova (including Kyiv Pride, Insight and other partner grassroots charities) to urgently coordinate evacuations and safe places for queer refugees from Ukraine.
